Insight of Co Education to be understood.

This is the topic something I was so intrested in discussion.

First of all parents and students should have a clear idea about the mixed sex education. As today the world advances to an new era, the girls are getting into each and every industry that exist. And wherever you go, the team work gives maximized results.
This can be achieved only when the participants of the team were in good understanding. And the core point lies here. People in the team should mingle together, share their ideas and prosper towards excellence. All these can be achieved only when there is NO hesitation or fear to interact with opposite sex. For this the Co-Education is the best fundamental foundation.

Dear friends/students, there is nothing wrong in having girls as friends. And for the big bosses in home, you should encourage these relationships as your child have taken a step forward to improve himself/herself. I know that there were certain harassment still happening here and there. These can be reduced further, If everyone have the proper Co-Education. At last girls are not meant only as home makers,sex symbols and all crap. They have their own ambitions and goals. Everyone should respect them.

And parents, If you want to ensure that your kid should get a Mixed Sex Education, then please DO have case studies about the institution which your kid have chosen. Today there is a bad trend in colleges that emerges out. Students were restricted to interact with their fellow mates of opposite sex. For these institutions I have a question for them. Why the hell then you want to have your institution as Co-Education?
The whole purpose of mixed sex education is spoilt here. And these colleges make a propaganda that only students from such college grow as well disciplined. But that is absolutely wrong. When you people interact with opposite sex, the sex discrimination get it's way off. I have heard from my friends that some colleges in Chennai would suspend the students for 10 days even if those guys ask the name of their fellow mates. That's ridiculous! One thing I want to mention to those (Actual rule violaters of Co-Education) is as follows.

I dont want mention the name of the colleges which were in the above category (Infact I dont even want to name them as colleges and my college was aslo somewhere near to those). But you have to look into college like Anna University, MIT, IIT and SSN. These are reknowned colleges in and around Chennai. These colleges have good results, placements and great exposure. But these colleges dosen't impose those rules and regulations like girls and boys should not interact with each other. But these are the BEST colleges in Chennai. All other colleges follows next. Infact students from these institutions excel best in their career as well as in life. A student dosen't need mere subject knowledge in colleges. But along with that he/she should have a well exposure to the Real Time Projects, Presentations and Organizing events. A well deserved student should have done 2 real time projects ,atleast of 3 paper presentations and should have headed(or part of) for an organizing committee. This is were the student gets matured to be an employee or employer himself. And for all these a team work is essential. I will say a team as best, only if the team mates were with clear understanding with each of them.

And atlast, this is my perception based on my experience in the industry. True to me, at past I was not a such a kind of student as I mentioned above. I got some set backs in my career since I was not a student with such exposure as I mentioned above. And it took me some time to over come those.

Whom to BLAME??? The People or Government.

I just had a bad experience some days before in the Udhayam theatre signal. Although I rarely follow traffic rules, I saw people around me suffering a lot here. I guess the route cause for the problem may be because of the requirement given by the officials to the programming client for the signal. And the here goes the problem.

While coming from Ashok Pillar towards Nesapakkam in the signal, I am stopped by the red signal. The seconds counter started from 60 and went descending. When the count reached 5 itself, people start changing gears and raise their accelerators. Unfortunately after the ZERO count, the counter again refreshed to 60 seconds. Here is where the exact problem was.

First,
Some people who where waiting in the signal, started speeding towards Nesapakkam thinking the signal is on GREEN. But that is not the case here. Green is on only for people who pass from Nesapakkam road towards Kasi theater.
Secondly,
people who wait in the signal got frustrated, when they came to know they have to wait again. People who tried saving petrol switched on their vehicles guessing green signal is going to be there.

Here who we are going to BLAME??? . The people or the traffic officials who made the plan on this.

But here is solution. It can be easily avoided in this way. When the RED light is on, the seconds counter should start from 120. The traffic signal programming client can make it. But the decision is to be taken by the officials.

I don’t know whether I can mention this ( a traffic defaulter often by myself). But since I pass though the way daily it made an alarm for me.
